Distinguished Comrade Lawrence Temidayo, also known as KONIBAJE, a prominent community and global comrade, has issued a strong warning to a dubious group that attacked the Ondo State Commissioner for Finance earlier today through a widely circulated blog post.
This attack is not only malicious but also an attempt to tarnish the reputation of one of our state’s most respected leaders.
It is appalling that the youth of Ilaje would level false accusations against Hon. Isaac Omowumi, the Commissioner for Finance of Ondo State.
The recent publication from these political sponsored youth of Ilaje does not only degrade the esteemed image of the Commissioner but also undermines her significant contributions to the state.
Hon. Isaac Omowumi’s dedication and outstanding service in ensuring financial stability and accountability in Ondo State are commendable.
Her impact on the state's financial landscape is undeniable and appreciated by all.
The baseless accusation that "She is the reason why the government hasn't been moving forward" is absolutely unfounded and should be disregarded by the public.
It is clear that these politically motivated individuals, whose expectations from the Governor may have been unmet, are attempting to destroy the Commissioner’s reputation in order to further their own agenda.
Over the years, Hon. Isaac Omowumi has served with integrity and managed public funds with the utmost professionalism. Anyone who has contributed so significantly to the public welfare deserves recognition, not slander.
The attacks on her, orchestrated by individuals hiding behind anonymous political figures, must stop. We call on the public to dismiss this senseless publication and support the Commissioner.
His Excellency, Governor Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa, remains committed to the growth and development of Ondo State, and his decision to appoint Hon. Isaac Omowumi as Commissioner for Finance is based on her proven track record of excellence in managing public finances.
As a student nationalists and well-wisher of the people of Ondo state, I, Dist. Comr. Lawrence Temidayo (KONIBAJE), extend my full support and vote of confidence to Hon. Isaac Omowumi.
She embodies accountability, knowledge, and integrity, and I am certain her wealth of experience will continue to benefit our state.
