Delta State Governors Sacks Aide Linked With The Murder Of A Sand Dealer In The State.

The Delta State Government has announced the termination of the appointment of one Mr. Eruteyan Ejiro Eradajaye, who served as Senior Special Assistant, SSA to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on Special Duties.

According to information available to "News Platform", the sack, signed by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Dr Kingsley Emu, is with immediate effect.

The SSG, In the statement issued yesterday, Thursday, September 12, 2024, was silent on Mr. Eradajaye’s offence or offences but warned members of the public to desist from having any dealings with Eradajaye as a government appointee “as he is no longer under the employment of the Delta State Government.”

But findings by "News Platform" reveal that Eruteyan Ejiro Eradajaye who also serves as the Chairman of Adagbrassa-Ugolo community was sacked, after he was accused of killing one Sam Ophie because of sand matter in the community. 

Eradajaye is saod to have had a confrontation with Sam Ophie Akemu at a community sand beach and the disagreement reportedly escalated with Eradajaye’s loyalists allegedly beating and stabbed Akemu, which led to his death.
